How it works:
1. You will be required to send some audition bits (see below for audition information).
2. One of the TORi staff will contact you with an assessment of the audition bits.
3. If your voice, language and diction are good - you may start with recorded shows
4. If your conversational skills are compatible with TORi live show requirements, you may be asked to co-host a live show with one of the current anchors for a couple of shows. If things work out, you may then be asked to host a show alone.

Show timings:
1. Named shows are hosted by paid anchors from India at fixed times.
2. A generic show called "Its a Small World" is meant for volunteer hosts who may reside anywhere in the world.
3. We would like to have predictability and continuity for each time slot. Which is why we prefer to have the same host at the same time for each week.
4. Who will host in which slot will be decided based on the availability and seniority of the show hosts.

Pay:
1.Our aim is to provide a platform for realizing the dream of those who are enthusiastic in hosting radio shows and making friends. Please note that TORi operates on a thin budget and cannot compensate all the anchors.
How to prepare audition bits:
1. List half-a dozen Telugu songs you like.
2. Write down commentary on these songs which explains why you like the songs. Or, if you prefer, if you know the background information about that song, write it down
3. Using a good quality microphone, record your commentary as an mp3 file (64 bps or more) and save it file name format shown (you can get an excellent headset with microphone for $30 - Plantronics brand is one of the best)
• File Name format: commentary by-yourname-song album-song title
4. Zip all six files in to one (yourname) and mail them to torilive@teluguone.com
5. Please don't forget to include your contact info - especially Phone no.
